Teknik Supervisi

Housekeeping or Maid is one section or department that is in a hotel that handle matters related to beauty, cleanliness, neatness, completeness and health throughout the room, as well as areas of other common area , that all guests and employees can feel comfortable and safe in the hotel. Besides the Housekeeping department is part of the hotel which serves households make planning, maintenance/cleaning of all guest rooms, Office space, lobby, terrace, corridors, lift/elevator, public restrooms, public space, lockers room, linen and uniform rooms, courtyard, Garden, swimming pool and parking space.

the JOB DESCRIPTION of the organizational structure in the Maid or housekeeping is affected by large or small hotels, many or few employees and operational system that is used in the hotel. The larger hotels, the more convoluted structure used, the versa if the hotel is small, then the structure of the Organization was simple.

Target housekeeping amongst others, was able to penetrate the target receipts that have been determined by the hotel management. Guests can bring as much as possible with the best service from the hotel. Can promote all facilities owned by a hotel room. Able to lift images from the hotel to the world with a higher level. It can be as good media and excellent for guests stay with as much as possible.

How do I get the above targets are met. 
1. we as a supervisor, should be able to find work capacity and the scope of work as a housekeeping Supervisor. 
2. we should know that there are people in the organization structure of the hotel and of their responsibilities and in particular housekeeping respectively. 
3. we should be able to master all knowledge about housekeeping. 
4. We should be able to with the line Manager responsible for and capable of delegating tasks to employees who operate correctly. 
5. We must be able to synergize the comments and suggestions that we receive, either from his superiors and subordinates, as well as from guest dance in particular. 
6. We should be able to relate well with the guests .
