efficiency & effectiveness

Definition of efficiency: efficiency is a measure of success is measured in terms of value resource/cost to achieve the result.

Understanding of the efficiency according to the figures :

1.   Mulyamah (1987;3) is:

2.   SP Hasibuan (1984;233-4) quoting H. Emerson is:
