Today, education in indonesia is considered very important for the people. many people who wants to enter a prestigious school (favorite school), but the reallity the prestigious schools make the lower school (regullar school) become frightened and fear.  Students of favorite school has good ability , has good skills, and also has best performance of each individual. Schools with lower school still has not able to maximize existing students yet. This is caused they do not use good management.
